LEANG Rattanaktevy (Tevy) (Coordinator)
Ms. Leang commenced working with SADP in 2013 as a Program Officer. She was promoted to the role of Senior Program Officer in 2014 before being appointed to the role of Program Manager in 2015. Her contribution to SADP was recognized when in January 2016, she was appointed to the position of Co-Coordinator and in 2019, she was appointed to the position of Coordinator.
Tevy has been working with local non-government organizations for more than nine years in managerial and financial positions as well as undertaking program implementation and research roles. She has extensive experience working with local organizations, youth groups, and community groups with a focus on community livelihood, and equal opportunity.
KEO Navin (Innovation Facilitator)
Ms. Keo initially joined SADP from 2013 to 2015, and returned to SADP in 2017. In her role Navin provides community capacity development support to both SADP’s current local NGO partners and other strategic partners, assists coordinators to fulfill communication requirements for relevant stakeholders as well as supporting the capacity development of SADP staff in the areas of Organizational Development and Monitoring & Evaluation. In 2019, she was appointed to the position of Innovation Facilitator.
Apart from her full time work, Navin fulfills her passion for empowering youth and engaging them in community development by volunteering as a governing Board member at a local youth organization.
LACH Darang (Grant Facilitator)
Ms. Lach joined SADP in 2015. Darang facilitates a program team, contributes to the grant making process and is instrumental in the capacity building of grantees. In 2019, she was appointed to the position of Grant Facilitator.
Prior to commencing with SADP, Darang successfully undertook the role of Program Officer with Save the Children focusing on improving early child care development and basic education. Her wish is to contribute to inclusive equitable sustainable socio-economic development in Cambodia.
MAY Kosal (Senior Program Officer)
Mr. May joined SADP in 2017 having accepted a role base at our office in Phnom Penh. As Senior Program Officer Kosal is responsible for providing grant-making and capacity support to local NGOs and community groups in the northeast of Cambodia. He is engaged in the ongoing development of SADP programs, policies and planning related to grant-making and plays an active role managing micro-grants to community groups and reviewing funding proposals lodged with SADP by community groups and/or local NGOs.
For the majority of the last decade Kosal has utilized his professional capability for the sustainable development of an inclusive equitable Cambodia. He has worked with various NGOs on project/program development, management, and coordination. These experiences have further developed Kosal’s understanding of community/social development, good governance and the related challenges facing Cambodian society.
LAMUTH Vanna (Senior Finance Officer)
In 2013 Mrs. Lamuth joined SADP as Administration & Finance Assistant and was appointed to the role of Administration & Finance Officer in 2015. Vanna is responsible for SADP financial reporting and financial projections as well as administering daily financial transactions, data entry and banking. In 2018, she was appointed to the position of Senior Finance Officer.
Previous work in the private sector provided Vanna with invaluable professional experience however her interest in contributing to the development of Cambodia resulted in her seeking opportunities in the non-government sector.
TE Sonareach (IT and Communications Officer)
Mr. Te joined SADP in 2017. In his role he is responsible for maintaining computer systems and providing technical support. Prior to joining SADP, Sonareach gained invaluable experience undertaking a role as Technical Support Engineering.
SIENG Kunthy (Finance Officer)
Ms. Sieng commenced working with SADP in 2014. Her role as Finance Assistant requires her to review finance documents and undertake data entry. In 2018, she was appointed to the position of Finance Officer. Kunthy completed tertiary studies and was awarded a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
